Bridges Public Charter School in Washington ,DC is hiring ABA

teachers and assistants with preschool experience.

Bridges' Non-Categorical Special Education Classroom primarily

serves children on the autistic spectrum. The teacher for this

classroom will:

• Work with preschool children with Autism in an intensive

classroom program using the principles of Applied Behavioral

Analysis (ABA).

• Formulate each child's goal plan, creating programs and

activities to meet each IEP objectives.

• Provide 1:1 therapy on a rotating basis using Natural

Environment Teaching (NET), Incidental teaching, and Discrete Trial

Teaching (DTT)

• Experience using B.F. Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior

(VB) and the ABLLS Assessment to guide instruction is highly

preferred. This includes all knowledge related to the verbal

operants of language: Mands, Tacts, and Intraverbals.

• Collect/ interpret data to make program decisions. Could

include task analyses.
