Hi , My goodness. What great and visual results. Good job. I look forward to the DVD & chart. I'm 53 years old and my mid-section is well a middle age one. Did you get your results solely from working with the Steel-Bow? If so, I have the "Bullworker" model. Would my Bullworker be as effective as the Steel-Bow? Miles wrote: Miles, here are the visual results of the program: http://SitatHomeFitness.com This was a 10-week program using only the Steel-Bow in the sitting position with no isometric exercises. The last 5-weeks (15-weeks total) were spent doing Iso-Motion exercises. We are working on the DVD & Chart. Miles <bullworkerusa> wrote: Hello , I have recently completed a 15-week program with the Steel-Bow where I dropped 28 pounds and got in shape to wrestle in the USA Veterans National Championships, Division E (56 years or older), held last week in Las Vegas. I was very pleased with the results from the training. The program basically consisted of 10 weeks of a Steel-Bow routine of Resilience and Endurance training with the last 5 weeks emphasizing Iso-Motion. There were not any Isometric exercises involved. Twice a week I had 1 hour wrestling roll

around with a local high school wrestler to compliment the training. I documented the results in 5-week spans with photos and filmed the 30-minute video workout, which will be converted into a workout program to be released in the near future. The whole routine was performed with the Level One (easiest) spring. To further emphasize the effectiveness of the program, the complete routine is performed sitting in a chair, as it was performed for the first 10 weeks. The Iso-Motion routine called for me to be on my feet to be able to stretch the full joint rotation. This program evolved from a fitness routine I developed for a dear friend who had his leg amputated late last year

and wanted a program to get back in shape. Due to the weakness of his heart condition, it was advised to stay away from strenuous Isometric exercise. To prove its effectiveness to him I told him I would lose 30 pounds and wrestle in the USA Nationals. The product and results speak for themselves. I am hopeful to have this program ready for distribution by summer. Bullworker Steel-Bow OHara <vermilyea115>

Miles, other than some slight variation in positioning, the exercise movement is the same. I personally found the shorter length to be much more beneficial in the Handle compression exercises. I also found the Gold better in the cable/strap extensions. However, it was necessary to stay with just the Steel-Bow, because it was not to show which product was better, only that such movement is very productive. Ideally, I would want to change spring levels to maximize resistance on certain exercises, but that would have defeated the purpose of demonstrating the results with just the easiest level spring. And while I was skeptical the first two weeks, the photo at 5-weeks confirmed I was on the right track. It truly was a matter of giving the program time to work. Again, the purpose was to demonstrate: the Steel-Bow is capable of EXCELLENT results outside of traditional Isometric exercises. The leg exercises were the most demanding physically of the entire program and the calf and thigh development were on par with the upper body results. Anyone complaining on size or lack of compression distance is so off base of resistance principles it really does not bear commenting on. The proof is in the results, just as it is for any routine, and the Sit-at-Home Fitness routine is the simplest routine I have ever tried in 40+ years of exercising. ,I'm a bit late in replying regarding the results of your ten week program but, I would like to say congratulations on a job well done. As the old saying goes, the proof is in the pudding, and your results cannot be argued with.Do you have any stats regarding strength gains, as a result of this program? I look forward to when the DVD will be ready for purchasing. Thanks for the inspiration.Rich The Bullworker works just fine when used properly. After two months of regular use, I have much bettermuscle tone, shape and co-ordination than before. Rich,

At age 55 I have chosen to try to LOOK and BE FIT.

The days of the 100lb curls are no longer appealing as I have injured elbows, shoulders, ribs, knees and a slew of other muscles trying to measure and attain lift standards of my youth.

What I found from the Sit-at-Home routine was over time, the ability to achieve the desired reps and the ability to increase spring resistance levels. By judging how far and how many the compressions were; and using such as my measuring point, I was able to see the improvement on a weekly basis. To further explain the point, on some exercises I would be able to close the Steel-Bow completely in the early reps and barely move it in the end. This type of variation is difficult to gage to a single number.

It was very flattering to have friends and strangers comment on my fitness appearance; and I believe that is the key aspect of all of it... ones fitness condition. Hikes seemed much easier, items were easier to lift and clothes fit so much better. And while I was much stronger evidenced by the number of pull-ups, push-ups and squat jumps I would do periodically to test outside improvement, the only number registered was the number of reps and there was a cutoff to that number.

The goal was to let the counting give the results and the resistance increases would follow naturally. This type of program will drive the traditionalists crazy, but the fact of the matter is the results will appeal to those looking for fitness and definition.

If possible, maybe Gert Kolbel can simplify the exercise science behind it as he is the true master behind the results of the product.

The DVD has gone through the editing and is now on its way for production.

July is looking very probable.

It will be just another addition to the several routines possible with this product.

The user may choose which routine appeals to them, which is what I believe this is all about: choice.
