MONDAY AFTER DINNER

Feel asleep on the coach after work for a few minutes when I woke up I

hit the kitchen looking for a " party in my mounth " when what I probably

really needed was a drink of H20.........but I self corrected after

about 10 bites and went and put myself to bed. Feeling great this

morning.

WEDNESDAY AFTER DINNER.

I finished dinner about an hour ago. Then did some chores. all the time

my inner child is working on getting us to eat another pkg of

pudding...we had one at dinner. And she thinks another would be just

right. But sometimes she does not tell the truth and after the pudding

she would most likely push for something else...........Any way I told

her she could have pudding for breakfast if she so desires because

pudding is not the problem the problem is we are not humgry. Posting

here so much helps keep her at an arms length while the " naturally

slender " part of me become stronger than my inner child. So when they

dance the naturally slender part can lead.

Thursdays dinner

We are going out to eat. I plan on having a little bit of a " party in

my mouth " but I'm also wearing my skinny pants so I can tell easier

when I start to get too full.

Dinners Over

I had a wonderful dinner my inner child and I danced well together. She

helped me eat lots of food we had not eaten in forever because we

mostly keep only foods that loves us in the house. At the buffet there

was a lot of what I use to call " NO NO " food but now we call

it " occasional " food. She's teacher me to enjoy the occasional food

when we do eat it and I'm teaching her that it's alright to stop when

we are just kind of full.
