It uses nlp, so I put that into an itunes search and viola! I am so grateful that has put this out there. I needed the in depth analysis. I could do the eating what I want and stop when I'm full, but I couldn't quite control the self sabotage. Just listening to the podcasts gives me so much positive energy that I believe I will be able to succeed. My journey has been a long one. Years ago I went to a preventive medicine doctor after reading an article on how to fat proof your baby. The answer was to make your body the healthy vessel through healthy eating. I'm happy to say that my son has never had a weight problem. Life happens and I was on my second marriage and very unhappy. I gained a lot of weight and was clinically depressed. I tried Overeaters Anon, Weight Watchers, Craig, and finally the South Beach Diet. I was able to lose an initial 20 pounds, and nothing more. I knew how to eat, but life would happen and I'd lose motivation. Thank you for helping me learn how to deal when life happens. And thank you who are keeping this forum alive.
