Guest guest
Hi, My name is Cyndi and I'm seeking a position as a behavioral therapist using ABA with children with autism. I currently have after-school and weekend hours available in New York City. I have a BS in Psychology. In the fall, I am going back to school to study Speech and Language Pathology. A representative of the Center for Autism Related Disorders (CARDS) originally trained me in ABA. I have also attended several conferences regarding the behavioral treatment for autism related disorders. These conferences and workshops have hosted speakers such as Dr. Carbone, Dr. Sundberg, Dr. Greenspan, and Dr. Partington. I am familiar with both the traditional methods of ABA, as well as Verbal Behavior and Floortime. During my college internship, I shadowed children during a summer camp with a variety of special needs including autism, apraxia, and sensory integration dysfunction. I have been working with children with autism for the past seven years. I have worked on both home ABA teams and I currently work full-time at a private school for children with autism. If you would like to know more, please email me and I can email you a resume. Best wishes!
