How long to see SSRI results?

I know it varies but can anyone share with me how long it took to see some

results when starting a SSRI? My 7 year old started on 10mg Prozac last

week. We were told to increase to 15 mg after 10 days. It is day 11 and

he's pretty much the same. Does it just take longer?
