504 classifification?

We just needed something that showed the diagnosis. I think I ended up

with a copy of doctor's note/write-up about our visit (you know, those

notes some dictate after) and the diagnosis code(s) were in with it.

But a good letter from the psych stating the diagnosis AND any

accommodations/help for school that he feels she would benefit from,

that'd be great to have in the letter too.

Quick thoughts,
