Guest guest
Hello to all, I'm a new member and a spinal surgeon (for humans). Trying to understand the Dx of FCE. In humans, we recognize embolic events to the brain frequently but embolic disease to the cord is extremely rare. Can anyone explain the pathophysiogy of how the fibrocartilagenous debris finds it way to the cord vasculature? Is there any disagreement regarding the validity of the Dx? Thank you
