I've been listening to 's podcast for quite sometime- almost a year, I think. I used to get so frustrated, because I *knew* everything that I had to do to lose weight- eat less, and workout. But I always got in my own way, especially when it came to food. (I'm a big sweet tooth! Oh wait, maybe that's a limiting belief...after all, I don't need to define myself by the fact that I happen to like sweets...*Wink!*) 's approach is so great, because it keeps you in a positive mindset, and that has made all the difference in my journey. Anyway, I've actually become a personal trainer in the time since I've started listening to , so I'd love to be of service if anyone ever has any fitness questions (and I'm looking forward to hearing 's promised episode on exercise motivation). However, if there's one thing I've learned, it's that being in a positive mindset is more important than any other part of the equation. It's not just " calories in vs. calories out; " approaching weight loss with a positive mindset means that you get to start loving your body before you've even lost a single pound!
