A little discouraged

I have noticed that when I am relentless about going to the gym (5+

days a week)my weight goes up. I get very discourged. I know that I am

building my future, working towards my dream and getting healthy, but

when I see those numbers I have a hard time seeing it in a positive

manner. Does anybody have a positive phrase or saying that will help

me to not get so discouraged?

I continue to eat correctly during these times so I know it isn't the

food that makes my weight go up. Keep in mind I am talking about 2 lbs

this week and it is only Wednesday (not much but it matters)
