Don't come to County, MD!

Purportedly the richest county in the nation by some, I can say unequivocally

that we have been treated very cavalierly (and no, my son is too old to have

come explicitly here for school services, but if I had, I would kick myself all

the way back to my home state of TN...and County doesn't care about

compliance...nor does the state dept of maryland.) The last I heard, for a

child your age, would be NJ or PA.
