Guest guest
Hi guys! New to the group and was wondering if anyone has Phase 2 files for intense training? It seems as though all of the BW forums where the files are stored have been down for Maint. for a long time! I own an X-5 Gold and a steel bow and want to try out the Intense training, I've got Phase 1 but not 2. Thank You! > Pardon my unquick thanks; but, thank you for the info concerning Pott's training protocol. Have always been a hard gainer unless I used Mc's protocol. Pott's seems to be a good adaptation of the principles. Again, thanks. > > > > > > --------------------------------- > Never miss a thing.
