You don't HAVE to do anything but just soak it in. If you're in need of rejuvenation, crawling in bed might just be the thing to do. Maybe you could lie down and listen to 's most recent episode about forgiving yourself, let go of your guilt over everything you think you should be doing, and just focus on drawing in the nurturing vibes I'm sending your way! :-) Did anybody get the license plate on that truck? The one that ran me over. Seriously. What do you do when you KNOW that you need to put out your positive thoughts, but the thought of doing it seems so inane and exhausting and that it's all for naught because nothing really changes, yada, yada, yada . . . In my head, I want to plug in , go for a walk, spiff up my kitchen, do my P90X, etc. . . . but I am emotionally just wanting to crawl in bed and put a pillow over my head. Help . . . Though I am certainly feeling better just knowing someone out there is sending the energy my way, since I'm struggling to find it from within! I think sometimes just being self-indulgent and crawling back into bed and maybe watching a good movie or reading a good book can be soul-soothing.? Yup, washed it in the washing machine.? It still had all the podcasts on it and works, but only if plugged in.? LOL?
