the most current wall chart, and also a pdf of an old manual (red and blue

cover) from back in the 70's or 80's. The exercises, warm ups and recommendation

in these two documents don't seem to match so initially wasn't sure which regime

to follow. I have now decided that as the wall chart is the most recent

publication that's the way I'll go for the time being. I would be interested to

hear which of the guides other people are using and why that is their

preference.

Well said Graham.With any exerciser its important to find exercises that you

like,are effective for you in meeting your needs and quite likely suit your

bodily constitution also. I'm inclined to think also that finding a Bullworker

that suits you also may be a factor.You do not need to have more than one but

having several days give you some variety or so I have found and mentioned in

other posts.I know also others on the forum who would agree with that.Before I

go welcome Chris.Ed
