Guest guest
Help Wanted in Midland, Va (near Warrenton, VA - Fauquier County) Applied Behavior Analysis Instructors/Tutors/Teachers: No Prior Experience Necessary Experience in the areas of psychology, special education, or related disciplines preferred but not necessary. I am a wonderful 3 year old boy who enjoys playing on our farm, playing with cars and trains and watching videos. I need some very special people to help me learn, play and have conversations. In order to help me learn, my parents have established a home-based applied behavior analysis/verbal behavior program to address my developmental delays. My well established program is under the direction of a professional ABA consultant and focuses on language and social skills. My program offers tutors the opportunity to learn the basic principles of applied behavioral analysis, experience in the conceptual analysis of verbal behavior and how to teach me and other children with developmental delays with these principles. You must possess: - Enthusiasm and warmth - Appreciation of children with special needs - A spark of creativity tempered by respect for teamwork - Responsibility and Motivation - Patience and Commitment Salary is negotiable depending on experience, education, references and commitment. Until mid June, hours after 1:30 M-F and anytime on Saturdays. After that, my hours are flexible. Added incentive: Housing is available on any one of the family properties. My mom will pay for you to attend Dr Carbone's workshop 1 in VA in July too! If you are interested (or know someone who might be), please contact my mom: Jeanne (540) 272-2176 jeanneclark@...
