Where to move for best services w/funding

I have recently been given a job that allows me to live anywhere and I

will be working from home. Where we live now requires everything be

paid out of pocket and we can no longer do this if we ever hope to

retire or set up a future for our child. We have depleted everything

and are hoping that we can get some guidance on good places to move. We

are looking for states/cities that have ABA/VB and speech that are, or

can be funded via insurance mandates, waivers, or is already provided

in school (quality programs only). We would like to move in the next

couple of months since school will be out then. BTW, my child is 6 and
