howdy & welcome !!  Good to have you here!

in this time of 'abundant' catalogues - I find it much easier to pull out

pictures (warm & beautiful quilts, sneakers, yummy looking veggies in

beautiful cassarole dishes, shiny bikes & canoes, exercise equipment, people in

party situations, etc.) and put them on my dream board - rearranging as

something new catches my eye or is more 'me' than a previous pictures ... you

can't do it 'wrong'!

so before you recycle magazines or catalogues, take a quick look for things that

grab your eye, that look like what you'd like your life to be like (healthy

food, exercise, beautiful sunsets, warm homes & furnishing, pictures of friends

& fun) and maybe even some pics of people who look to be living the life that

you are working towards (or maybe already in!) like biking, rollerblading,

running, walking the dog, etc.

I have three dream boards and rotate them through my laundry room (sounds

strange, but it's a warm place in my home that I seem to spend quite a bit of

time in!!)

take care!

Colleen

Subject: Hello, introduction

I'm not sure if this has already been brought up or not, on the subject of

dreaming... I too struggle w/ dreaming because I'm not sure what my dreams

actually are. And/ Or, with the simple dreams I do have, I'm not sure what they

actually look like. Several months ago I created a " dream board " and it remains

blank. I'm just not sure what to put here. From some of your posts I think maybe

just starting will be my first step... " just do it " , right? LOL

Welcome welcome!

Ang just had some great advice for me in an earlier posting... if you

want to take a look.

I am picking out pictures of clothes I want to wear and sticking them

in a folder - you can almost create a whole outfit stuck together on

a page and then put your best headshot on it. THis may help?

Other than that I am going to keep listening again and again:

repetition no doubt helps too.

Good luck.!

> Hello & Greetings from GA! I am new to the group and very excited

to be involved with the yahoo group. I stumbled upon the pod cast on

itunes and have been listening my way through all the previous

episodes. As suggested, I listen to the pod cast at various times of

the day. My fave being when I can sit still and focus however,

recently I listened while exercising and found the energy from the

pod cast very invigorating!
