Guest guest
Hi , Yes I have done this in the past, quite extensively. I think it is fabulous. For me though I would need to do it almost everyday for lasting effects. I found it really good to slow me down, for balancing in general. I believe in it very much. I do acupuncture now, and find it even more powerful for me personally. Similar ideas in terms of working with energy body etc. When I started doing yoga and breathwork, meditation, I found I could balance in this way too, maybe not quite as powerfully. But for me the depression is untouched by any of these things, except the herbs. I'm glad you were helped so much, and that's so great that you have learned to do this and opened a practice. It's great when you find something that works and then can offer it to others. If I were starting over I might consider TCM, but don't think I really have the brainpower for it. I'll stick to the piano keys and teaching, where I can get away with my ecentricities - no one's life depends on my decisions! Thanks for sharing this idea with me. It is not that commonly known I don't think. Warmly, Barb > > Craniosacral therapy saved my life when I was in the midst of the horrors of mom depressions due to stress and OCD in my house. It is a form of gentle bodywork that helps the body to release held emotions and when used in combo with talk therapy has done wonders for me. I am a new woman! So much so that I went on and learned to do CST and am opening a practice in it (in addition to my job as an ER doctor and mother of 3). > --- End forwarded message ---
