I am so excited about IOWL! I have been listening for about a month

now. I think the self correcting principal has been the greatest

thing for me. The past two weeks I have had a day each week when I

over ate (both Fridays, I have to figure out if that means something).

Each time was early in the day, on both days, once I over ate, I ate

little to nothing the rest of the day. This is quite an

accomplishment for me. In the past I would have said - heck, I've

already blown it now so I might as well keep eating, besides, it's the

weekend!! Continous improvement too (quaisen, kaisen, which is it?).

I have high hopes that this is the beginning of the end of my weight

loss struggle - I have lost about 5 pounds since starting. Thanks for

being there all of you!!
