Hi friends,

Could someone out there suggest a good translation for " walled-off

leak inferiorly... " ? Preferably into Portuguese, but other languages

may help..

My problem is with the expression " walled-off " in the following

context:

" T-tube cholangiogram on Nov. 9th showed numerous small stones in the

gallbladder. Repeat cholangiogram on Nov. 13th revealed a WALLED-OFF

LEAK INFERIORLY and no excretion into the common bile duct. "

Would it be " ... escoamento emparedado na parte inferior e ausência de

excreção... " ? Maybe some better idea?
