Hello-

I am a behavior analyst in the Southeastern US. I have been working with

children with autism and their families and teachers for 15 years throughout

the country. I am offering a new individualized consultation service to

families and professionals working with children with autism: *ON-LINE

Functional Behavior Assessments with individualized behavior plans and

parent training/support* to implement the recommendations. Using an

inexpensive web-camera, we schedule observation times where I can

unobtrusively observe the *target behavior in the actual environment/setting

* where the behavior occurs, offer direct feedback, create an individualized

behavior plan and offer real-time, interactive support to help manage the

behavior.

I offer in person and web-based consultation to families, teachers,

professionals and service/care providers who work with children with autism

and other developmental disabilities. Consultation is offered for reducing

inappropriate/ maladaptive behaviors such as aggression, and also increasing

target behaviors such as social interaction, language, joint attention,

play, and age-appropriate self-help skills.

This is a more cost effective solution for families that live far away from

service centers, do not have access to local qualified help, or simply do

not have the resources to pay for several lengthy observations that may not

yield accurate or detailed enough data collection to create a meaningful and

valid behavior plan.
