Guest guest
When my thyroid meds are right, my hair doesn’t fall out. That & my face breaking out are a couple of ways I can tell when the dose is off. I’ll remind everyone again, tx can mess with your thyroid. Be sure they are checking it with your regular labs. RE: I was crying one month ago... now there's a new me. I wanted to comment on the loosing hair thing. I was loosing handfuls a day from thyriod. i noticed and thought I was the only one then one day my husband pointed out a bald spot. I freeked out my sister is mostly bald and I thought I would be to. I always thought I would be ok with it because I expected it to happen. I went to the beauty store and picked up a bottle of nutri-ox shampoo, conditioner and treatment. I hated it at first because I had to blow dry my hair in order for the treatment stuff not to bother my skin. I am proud to say that my hair has grown back and looks better than ever. And it has helped my itchy scalp. Up until now nothing helped the itching. So it might be worth a try to others. It cost like $20 to get started. Just an idea not saying it will work for sure.
