Our mission is to educate a clearer understanding of the research based interventions (in particular Applied Behavior Anlaysis). We focus on empowering parents, caregivers and teachers of Autistic children with extensive information and inform them of their CRUCIAL role of being active and knowledgable participants in their children's educational and intervention plan. Elija offers scholarships to parents, caregivers and special educators to on - going and sustained workshops. The goal is for the attendees to gain a greater understanding in the application of research based interventions for children on the Autistic Spectrum. Our major concentration is on functional analysis, functional communication and behavior improvement planning.
