I know this is much easier for me to say, than it may be for you to

do...... but Relax...Take some deep breaths in, and do what you

enjoy..reading, music, bungee jumping.. what ever feels good!!

It is only normal to wonder where you got it, but the truth is it

doesn't matter if you have it.

Just lay low till your appt. and see what evolves.. You are young,

I understand your way of thinking concerning your age, ya' know

like..Man!! I'm only 25 yrs. old?? I can't have this!! I have a lot

to do!

The flip side is that your are one of the lucky ones that (may)

find out early on and you can take care of your self as you should,

and most likely will do everything that is in young young heart

now.. It is not a death sentence, it's a new way of life.

AS far as sleep??? I just got back from the ER (urine infection),

and asked can you give something for sleep? I knew the answer would

probably be no. and it was. We are all built different inside, so

ask your doc what he thinks.

Over the counter drugs can harmful to our livers as well.

The ER Doc told me, that if I simply must get some rest, make sure

whatever I use doesn't have acetaminophen in it. The label on the

box will let you know that.

Another thing I found that helped, is when trying to tell a

drugstore employee, or you just can't get around having to

pronounce the word..it helped me to kinda' act like I was rubbing

my eye, and say (a little muffled), I SMELL THE FEET OF MEN !

Now put that all together so it's like ismellthefeetofmen, real

fast, with just a slight look of, you mean you don't know what I

mean? It is common in most sleep and allergy mediciens then you

should be OK.... OKAY?? :=)
