<< Those of you that have been to the WTC - does anyone ever get a chance to

talk to Shellie? >>

I have seen her but have yet to speak with her. She radiates energy and

beauty.

~Kat, who was psyched to see people can work out in their bare feet at the

WTC and plans to do that next time

The person that impressed me the most when we were in LA (other than of

course) was Shellie. She came around and greeted everyone. Congratulated

people after the workout and even joked around with us for a bit ( you

were there right?)

It is really funny how women can be. Alot of times we see someone who " WE

THINK " is more attractive or in better shape than we are and sometimes jealousy

overrides common sense and we want to hate this person. (ok, being

bluntly honest) As we mature a bit we stop doing this (so much)...but you know

what I never ever wanted to hate her. I loved her from the begging. By the

way...thanks to Taebo I have really matured on that subject.

Shellie is a beautiful person! When we went to the tapings, she made

a point of going through the whole room and shaking everyone's

hands. She is so friendly. Her spirit just radiates from her

wherever she goes. She is definitely her father's daughter! She is

always dancing or singing and you can tell that she really loves what

she is doing.

On Saturday morning this past weekend, Shellie taught the 9 am class

and taught the 10am class. During the 10am class, Shellie snuck

into the back and just started doing the workout with so much

intensity. She was singing and moving and just going with it! She

was really feeling the music...LOL! It was amazing to watch! She is

always so full of energy.

At one point this weekend we had a Question/Answer period with

(and Shellie and (TQ) were there). We talked about all

different kinds of things and Shellie did quite a bit of talking.

(It was the first time I had ever really heard her say much). We

were talking about how is constantly changing and that every

time you are around him, you learn something new. And she

said, " that

is so true...I've been around my dad for 26 years (my whole life)

and I still learn something new from him every time we have one of

these types of workshops. He will say something and it will be

like " oh, that's how I should have been explaining that all this

time " . She was also talking about how when you are teaching the

class...you have to remember that it's not about you. It's about

giving love to the people who are in the class and feeding on the

love that they give back. It doesn't matter what kind of day you are

having or how bad you might feel, when you step up on that

stage...none of that matters because it's no longer about you!

She said lots of other stuff and everything that came out of her

mouth was very positive. She is just a beautiful person, inside and

out! One of my favorite moments of the weekend was when Shellie

complimented me on my kicks when we were hitting the bag. I don't

remember if it was the roundhouse or the sidekick, but she said " nice

kick " and that made my day :)

who wants to take Shellie's class when we are in LA, but knows it

will be one of the toughest workouts I've ever done!

Again, I only add a resoundingly loud YAH to what wrote about

Shellie. She has one of the most true Spirits I have even encountered

right along side her Dad....I was gonna say next to her Dad but

changed my mind.....she has it right along with her Dad......They are

the Tae-Bo Way and they live their life that way :)

Amybeth-who wants to WATCH her class in LA lol much like

feels it is probably the toughest one there :) Shellie ROCKS :)
