Hello,

I'm translating a report on Sinus Cavernosus and there are a few terms (*_*)

which I cannot find. Could you help me?

" Razemoeses " Haemangiom im Sinus cavernosus " links " mit konsekutiver

" belastungsabhaengiger " " Kompressionsneuropathie VI links "

Neuroradiologisch fand sich eine tumoroese " Raumforderung " im Bereich des Sinus

cavernosus in erster Linie einem Meningeom entsprechend.

Problemloser intra- und postoperativer Verlauf, die " Himnerven " im Sinus

cavernosus konnten " geschont " werden " III, IV, V/1 " waren wenig tangiert, VI

musste aus dem Tumor ausgeloest werden, blieb aber in der Kontinuitaet erhalten.

consecutive load-depending compression neuropathy (of cranial nerve) VI on

the left.

Sinus cavernosus in erster Linie einem Meningeom entsprechend.

-------> literally " space requirement, meaning that there is a tumor that

takes up some space (and therefore presses on the cavernous sinus).

Problemloser intra- und postoperativer Verlauf, die " Himnerven " im Sinus

cavernosus konnten " geschont " werden " III, IV, V/1 " waren wenig tangiert,

VI musste aus dem Tumor ausgeloest werden, blieb aber in der Kontinuitaet

erhalten.

----------> this should read " Hirnnerven " = cranial nerves, and the numbers

refer to individual nerves: cranial nerves III, IV, branch 1 of V (cranial

nerve V = trigemial nerve which has 3 branches).

" geschont " = " treated with care " ----> These nerves were not injured during

the operation.
