Guest guest
Hello again and thanks for the feedback I will start over and shoot for 1200 and add exercise. I really really appreciate the feedback!! Slow lose and slow burn make sense; too fast will ultimately backfire as it did this week. I know that if I make time each day to listen to 's podcasts, read this wonderful group's posts, and do some journalling I can overcome bad habits / get the hang of intuitive eating. It's funny, we all start out doing food intuitively, and I definitely remember eating intuitively as a kid. A habit is a habit. A good one is intentionally developed the same way a bad one (inadvertently) develops... by consistently practicing it!! 'Bye for now and happy weekend.... Guest guest
Hi Reninth.... Depending on how much you weigh, even 1200 may be too low, especially if you plan on adding exercise. So true about practicing good habits, though-that's the way to start out. I know that for me, I make the same " slash and cut " mistake-cut way back on my eating rather than pay more attention to WHAT I am eating, and it NEVER works! Motivation is the key!
