Hello everyone,

I have been listening to for a couple of months, I work nights in

a factory environment at a braindead job so I have 8 hours everynight

to fill up. I listen to about 5 episodes a nighte. I first just

listened and cought up with her around the beginning of november now, I

am listening again and am taking notes this time. I was doing real good

for a while, setting my intent for the day and making good food

choices. Those last 2 weeks ahve been pretty awful and I am starting to

re-focus now.

Is there anybody else who works nights? Or has to deal with sever sleep

depravation? My main focus now and for this coming year is to get more

and better sleep. Not only will it help with the weightloss but also

with the severe migraines i get every 3 days.

This new Yahoo format is a little overwhelming for me but I am sure

I'll get use to it.

Looking forward to get to know you, get support and offer the support I

can.
