Thanks to those of you who answered my plea for help.

I had a long conversation with the patient liaison person at my surgeon's

rooms today and have decided to go ahead and get a little more fill in my

band. I currently have 7.5 so will probably have another half ml added and

see how that goes.

At the moment I can eat most things, moist rice is fine, small amounts of

steak are ok, lamb is good, no probs with chicken at all. Fibrous veges if

they aren't cooked properly can cause a little bit of pain but mostly I

don't have probs with what I'm eating, unless I eat to fast of course.

I don't have any problems with reflux, very little regurgitation (only had

it once) and very nearly never have the PB'ing thing either. All of these

things I don't want...I just want a little more restriction so I'm not able

to eat as much as I currently can.

I was in the supermarket this afternoon and just totally bypassed the

ice-cream and chocolates...yay for me!

Anyway, will keep you informed of how it goes next week.

Thanks again, Rhonda
