Unfortunately as we both know and in some of the same situations living alone you have it all perfectly correct. A successful transplant clears up ascites - encephalopathy and most ESLD complications than we just deal with being post transplant and thankful - Blessed we it takes us and however long. Monthly Social Security disability income doesn't even cover the rent and without an HMO Medicare and even with that we still can not afford proper total medical care - tx's - rx's - survive - live. You wanna trade monthly Rx's costs ?????? Anti-rejection meds are a fortune per month and I'm 7 years out still on 2 at full high doses along with about 6 other monthly rx's that they just keep adding to over time. Financial - economical - liability burdens to the nation with elected officials scared to acknowledge us make changes improvements especially in an election year. Don't want to burden and panic the general public and how ride spread HCV is in the general population with proper screening - testing - public health education - prevention - info and proper total medical care all stages. All the while the major international pharmaceutical co's also based here improving the economy have made fortune's off us and will continue too. I guess they d the hint yet. We didn't die off and we are not going away our #'s show it. Yep - I'm back. I hear ya damn she's back and gave me a brain cramp again made me think too hard. All The Best to Everyone.
