Guest guest
I have all the records – lab tests, MRI’s, narrative reports from various doctors, etc. etc. and they were all provided with the original application. I’m sure they’ve got the information. I hope it gets to the appropriate parties. I just thought that if I took my copies with me and I told the examining doctor, for instance, that I have cryoglobulenemia and he says, well there’s no indication in my report – then I would have the test results to show that I did, in fact, have it. I figure it can’t hurt to have the documents with me. [Hepatitis_C_ Central] Soc Sec Medical Exam I am scheduled for my medical exam by the social security doctor on Monday. I’m nervous and was hoping someone who’s lived through it can give me a couple of tips. I am basing my claim on rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral neuropathy and I’m throwing in HCV, cryoglobulenemia, herniated discs, Reynaud’s and glaucoma for good measure. If I don’t get it on this first go-round, I don’t know if I can afford to support myself for the length of time it will take for an appeal so it’s now or never! Guest guest
I hate that test omg I can't remember if I had one or not with them . I have to get the emg's for peripherial neuropathy and that test is aweful RE: Soc Sec Medical Exam That’s terrific! I’m sure you were both relieved to hear that he was approved. I guess I’ve heard from so many people that no one EVER gets approved the first try that I figure I won’t either. I am thinking positively and intend to do my best to LOOK sick!! No hair styling, no makeup……I sure hope I don’t run into anyone I know!! Thanks for the encouragement J From: Hepatitis_C_Central [mailto:Hepatitis_C_Central ] On Behalf Of SheenaSent: Friday, June 27, 2008 10:33 AMTo: Hepatitis_C_Central Subject: RE: Soc Sec Medical Exam He didn't even have to go to court, SS called him less than a month after his SS doc visit and told him that he was approved. Guest guest
I would have qualified if I had been working , but for the last 23 yrs I have been a stay at home mom raising 5 kids lol . SSD is total disability and ssi is suppliment security income which usually you get along with ssd . I am considered permanently 100% disabled with a lifetime supply of handicap placards or dmv plates lol [Hepatitis_C_ Central] Soc Sec Medical Exam I am scheduled for my medical exam by the social security doctor on Monday.
