Yes Joe (Dr. Stanford) -- it looks like European SRM and OM groups are able to

cooperate.

But not sure -this conference is the remains of the International Federation of

Family Life Promotion -which used to hold fairly large International NFP

conferences.

I am not sure how this group also links with the European -- NFP coalition.

I think the IFFLP used to get funds from the USAID - but not sure.

I still have some of the proceeding from the Hong Kong and other meetings --

which were impressive with the number of people and researchers and NFP

organizations present.

Years ago, Michele Barbato was professor at the Ambrosianum University in Milan.  He had S-T and OM teachers working in his clinic.   In 2000 we had a big meeting there,  presented the beginnings of the cycle bead method  etc.   both S-T and OM providers were well represented.  I think GU helped support the meeting so by extension that would be USAID.  IFFLP broke up into American, European/African and Asian regions.  This converence is by the Eouropeans and Africans.   And yes, IFFLP had grants from USAID.
