You're right! That's awesome! I remember the first time I attempted the

advanced, I couldn't even make it through the warm-up. Seriously! But I just

did what I could, and tried to add more and more until I was doing the entire

workout. You'll get there.....just go at your own pace, and keep up the good

work. =)

who got up at 4:30 am, and just may Tae Bo in a bit ;)

couch potato or not. That is a tough tape. You were almost to the

floor work on that tape (about the 40 minute mark). Hang in there.

Go ahead and get more basic tapes if you want. Some people do just

basic tapes and have seen good results. I like to combine them and

do them back to back. I highly recommend BL7. It has incredible

music and energy.

Kerri,

Way to go getting through 35 minutes of the studio advanced....that's

awesome :) That is a tough tape for anyone to get through, couch

potato or someone who has worked out their whole life! So, you

should be proud of how far you got :)

You got through the whole aerobic portion! I've been doing tae-bo for a year,

can handle the Live Adv. 1 original (considered one of the toughest taebo

tapes), but I must say, usually just do 35 minutes of the studio advanced and

skip the floor. The studio advanced was my very first TB tape and I had been a

potato, but could barely get through it either.

I'm trying to get back into doing floor work. Argh.

I have learned so much since I have joined this group. I feel bad because I don't have more time to respond to people, I work full time from 1:30-10:30, so its hard to get on the computer, but

thanks so much. I actually feel alot better about starting treatment when its time. Thanks again. Jackie
