My Fight with Hepatitis C

I feel it¢s uneventful, my Hepatitis C

For mostly I will sit right here in front of my pc.

My tv is so boring except the cooking shows

And, watching SiFi sometimes I travel ghost to ghost.

My writing gives me comfort when words will come to me

And, sharing poems with all my friends it seems was meant to be.

My fight with Hepatitis C has its ups and downs

Some days I feel like doing things some days I¢m sitting down.

Some days I¢m just light headed some days I¢m dizzy as can be

Some days my painful joints oh, so worry me.

Sometimes I¢m so impatient with others I¢m around

Sometimes I cover up my head and hope I¢m never found.

Keeping my appointments is sometimes quite a chore

But, if I miss a one of them, they won¢t see me any more.

My hair has gotten thinner; I¢ve lost a little weight

And sometimes after taking meds I get a belly ache.

But mostly these are little things for which I can¢t complain

For, with our daily sunshine we must expect some rain.
