Just joined this group, and I am hoping that although I am now in the " motivated phase " I will prevent myself from slipping when the less good times come. I especially like the small increments and thinking positive. I'm even thinking I should try and learn something of NLP I haven't read all the postings, but you really have a lot of good ideas! It makes me feel very hopeful for the future. I will definetly check out that calculator. I am assuming most of you are in America? Did you see the JAmie Oliver (you know the naked chef English guy)when he did his educational program on health risks connected to overweight " eat to save your life " . IT might not have shown in the US. It was disgusting, and really serves as my " from " ... Dont try eat in front of the TV if you get the chance to see it! I am eagerly waiting for s next show.
