Guest guest
Well it has been a while since I visited. I have become very distracted by life and certain events, that although I haven;t been doing to badly with food, I have completely stopped listening to the podcasts and doing my success journal and all the other good things I had started. I am going to try and be much better about this and I have noticed that since I have stopped I really haven't been feeling great, so that is another reason to start up again. I hope you will forgive my absence and bear with me while I try and readjust back intothe program. Kirsty
Guest guest
Thanks for the warm welcome. I know how crafty those lbs can be. I attended WW for about 8 weeks and just couldn't take the weighing and measuring and recording. Then I switched to Core and had some success. Unfortunately,I kept adding things to my plan until I was off it. :-( My eating isn't too bad, but I really need to get moving. All the Best, MSN Subject: Re: Hi All To: insideoutweightloss Date: Friday, October 10, 2008, 12:44 PM Another Fan of 101cookbooks I see! Food Porn is right-and just about everything I've tried has turned out great! I'm doing Core too-I don't think I can say that I've fallen off the wagon because I never really got ON it! I too lost 20 pounds, but found them all again....and again....and again! Crafty little devils, but not good at hiding! I haven't read the article yet-but will get to it. Have a good one!
