Guest guest
I currently have openings for creating and administering ABA-Discrete Trial Training programs for children on the autism spectrum. I will be sitting for my board exam in March, 2009 for by certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With this experience, I am trained to implement ABA programs specialized for your child's needs and I also perform the Discrete Trials as well. I am also a chiropractic physician, registered as a Defeat Autism Now! practitioner. Many children on the spectrum have gastrointestinal abnormalities and oxidative stress which may contribute to behavioral and cognitive impairments. While I was trianing for my BCBA, I noticed that GI issues and sensory disturbances were difficult to fade out on an ABA program as these issues may stem from a physiological imbalances rather than behavioral problems. It is essential these two therapies work together as one depends on the other. I have been working with autistic children for some and I love what I do.
