You have to be able to prove proof that their products by way of P & H have caused irreparable harm to someone(s) health. Since the medical profession will not recognize that P & H products are harmful, you would have a tough road to hoe.

I wonder if sueing the big giants of pasturized milk would do any good. Might get some attention. Cigarette smokers are sueing the big tobacco giants and winning. Anyone want to try? I myself can not sue the big milk companys because I never hardly drank the stuff. I never did like the taste of pasterized milk. Actually, I have a friend in my raw milk co-op who's 1 year old daughter was

irrepairably

damaged by drinking p/h milk. She had diarrhea for a couple of months and

almost died.

They are certain and a pediatrician confirmed that it stunted her growth as now

she is in

the extreme lower percentile on height for her age. If anyone could sue, this

family

certainly could, and just might! They are pretty radical and sold out on raw

milk, and

quite bold.

I am going out on a limb, or should that be wing here... but the duck is easier to eat because of the high fat content. I had it at BBQ King (worship at that temple baby) and apart from the pancake, I had no problem with the meat part.

I am not going to get there until at least 7 ish, so you will be fashionably late with me at 7.15.
