Since the medical profession will not recognize that P & H products are harmful, you would have a tough road to hoe. K.C. SUE I wonder if sueing the big giants of pasturized milk would do any good. Might get some attention. Cigarette smokers are sueing the big tobacco giants and winning. Anyone want to try? I myself can not sue the big milk companys because I never hardly drank the stuff. I never did like the taste of pasterized milk. Guest guest Posted January 26, 2005 Report Share Posted January 26, 2005 Actually, I have a friend in my raw milk co-op who's 1 year old daughter was irrepairably damaged by drinking p/h milk. She had diarrhea for a couple of months and almost died. They are certain and a pediatrician confirmed that it stunted her growth as now she is in the extreme lower percentile on height for her age. If anyone could sue, this family certainly could, and just might! They are pretty radical and sold out on raw milk, and quite bold. I had it at BBQ King (worship at that temple baby) and apart from the pancake, I had no problem with the meat part.
