LOL I was struggling big time and really frustrated with myself because I couldn't get back into the groove of things. I was feeling like a failure because I KNOW I have worked really hard to get to an advanced tape level so I wasn't going to be happy with myself until I fit some advanced workouts into my routine. It's really easy for me to get up a little earlier and workout before work but an hour earlier is a lot to ask, so once I got the brilliant idea to split my workouts and do two basic tapes everything fell right into place. Yes, I still have to workout in the evenings (on my hour days) but I constantly tell myself " hey, it's ONLY 30 minutes " and I just do it with no problem. Not to mention the fact that my form and intensity is so much better during basic tapes. Ok, maybe I did mention it. LOL I throw in a few advanced workouts here and there... mostly on the weekends because AL4 and AL6 are my two favorite tapes so I can't just let them collect dust. Ok, did I just write a book or what? LOL I was just going to say Welcome! Jenni

I think I have found something that works though! I'm glad you understood my post. I have so much going on in my head and I tend to write the way I talk. I haven't done my evening taebo... probably won't tonight. There is very severe weather happening in the surrounding cities and it's predicted to be moving this way. *sigh* I hate this so much. Actually, I think you can get a better workout with 2 good basic tapes if you keep up the intensity, because my favorite basics are 30 minutes of aerobics -- no breaks for floor work or anything (e.g., the live). I am so impressed with your determination. I knew you could do it. Elena
