If you can help....Dear Mrs. , As you may or may not have heard, there is a program at the Y called Youth and Government. This program has high-schoolers come up with their own Bills and attempt to pass them in similar means that the real ones are. I am in this program and my Bill is a Conscience Clause that allows all Doctors and Nurses of the Medical field to refuse recommending or performing a treatment that is against their conscience. Do you have any suggestions for reliable sites using statistics and or studies done on this issue?
