Guest guest
> Hi all, I was looking for suggestions on teaching the concept on " no " and specifically the universal no symbol. I have a child that understands if I put a universal no symbol over Mcs for example --- he knows he's not going. However I am trying to program a comm device and want to teach this concept as a first for kids -- when you see this symbol it means " no " as opposed to teaching it after a negative behavior has occurred. 1. I was thinking of showing a quick time video of the target behavior and then pair it with the appropriate behavior but then I thought, I don't want to show the inappropriate behavior. Is there a way around this. I want to keep it as positive as possible. I hope this makes sense....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
