LEAD THERAPIST POSITION OPENING IN DAYTON, OHIO

Roads to recovery is a small parent founded and operated, non profit

organization, dedicated to helping children with autism spectrum

disorders and their families find individualized solutions through

education, research, training, advocacy and public awareness.

Roads to recovery is currently searching for a dedicated, enthusiastic

hard working individual to fill a full time lead therapist position.

Primary responsibilities will include assisting the behavioral

consultant in program management, data entry, writing behavior

protocols, and oversight of daily therapy sessions. Initial training

and ongoing direction will be provided by a doctoral level behavior

analyst. Bachelor's degree and at least one year of

experience with children with autism required. Experience in applied

behavior analysis a plus.
