I have a girlfriend whose also been put on a wheat free diet.. & its HELL when she comes over..No Cakes,Bread,Biscuits,Pasta, she's also been told to go Grain free too...which means no Rice,Corn,( Obviously wheat)..Whats left I ask you?...but she manages to have yummy food all the time...just no WHEAT...that eeevel Eeevel Grain!.
