Guest guest
Yes, what I had all the trouble with on Saturday was thigh fillet... and today it was a chicken drummette... the little bits off the wing, so I am going to have to stay off it. Yet prawns went down ok in the chowder yesterday, and I had 4 prawns with chillied onions for dinner last night, as well as a bit of rice with satay sauce... so go figure??? Didn't even attempt the chicken satay, just the sauce. Every day a new learning experience. I will definately be trying things in small doses for the next few days. Boy oh boy, I hate the coming up bit and the associated pain. Mel >> > Mel> > Chicken is hard, especially the breast - it's too dry. Guest guest
Its not so much a learning curve, but a learning circle - there is no end to it!!!
