I wish this didn't have to happen to you, but is sometimes part of treatment. Don't let this get you down. It's a drain on the day, I would take a book and doze during the 4 hours I sat there getting blood, but I did feel soooo much better for several weeks afterwards. Guest guest Posted May 24, 2008 Report Share Posted May 24, 2008 , we're all sorry that you are having to endure this, but you should feel much better after receiving bloods.. just make sure they use a needle that is big enough so as not to lyce the cells,, lol,, they used a 20 ga needle on me and ruined the blood, I ended up with no benefit,, so make sure they use an 18 ga or larger..lol.. wrote: My blood counts are dropping again.
