Guest guest Posted October 23, 2008 Report Share Posted October 23, 2008 Hi guys! I just got this book today (well actually I got it as an audiobook for my ipod!), and have been absolutely loving it! I wanted to share it with the rest of you, in case anyone else out there might enjoy it as much as I have so far... I like it because it is motivational, insightful, positive and it doesn't require any special diet plan (unless you want one). I think it is a wonderful compliment to IOWL podcasts and goes along with alot of the stuff that discusses. I am going to start my first " 4 day win " tomorrow, so wish me luck!
