I don't know what OeHD is, but if a main diagnosis is gastritis, and OeHD and Helicobacter Pylori are given as an explanation of gastritis, than I would think that OeHD would be something else than diaphragmatic hernia... I think that hernia is a much more serious condition than gastritis and should thus be a main diagosis, if OeHD meant hernia. Still, I might be wrong. This is just a thought.
