Guest guest Posted July 29, 2008 Report Share Posted July 29, 2008 I joined this group after listening to several Inside/Out Weightloss podcasts. I have gained twenty pounds in one year and am miserable. I run everyday, eat great all through the day and I wake up an hour after I fall asleep at night and eat. I fall back to sleep and wake up every hour and eat something. It is horribly embarrassing and I don't know what do do about it. I've read about night time eating syndrome and I tried the strategies and got nowhere. I don't know what to do. Is there anyone who has any suggestions/thoughts?? Thank you.
