Guest guest
I don't really get nauseaus to the point that it bothers me (maybe its all those amusement park rides and skydiving lol). My family is huge on the gravol though...for flights, cruises, and flu. Works well for them. They all carry it around in their purses along with tylenol and halls. I think the gravol needs to be taken prior to the nausea...but don't quote me on that.
Guest guest
I couldn't find "Gravol" here in the states, then Googled it, it is a trade name for the nonprescription antihistamine dimenhydrinate, same as Dramamine. Guest guest
I use ginger-capsules and sometimes ginger-extract for the 'usual',... " I have Hepatitis " nasusea, it/they usually work pretty well. Hmmm,..ginger-flavoured Dramamine-? Sounds like an excellent idea to me-!-! > > > > > > > > I don't really get nauseaus to the point that it bothers me (maybe its > all those amusement park rides and skydiving lol). > > My family is huge on the gravol though...for flights, cruises, and > flu. Guest guest
I also find that Peppermint seems to help my 'usual' stomache- problem/s. I like to use the tiny mints from that overpriced coffee place, whose name is similar to 'Bar-Stucks'. (LOL) They have some Peppermint/Menthol mints there that are quite strong, and I'll usually use two of them, I swallow them like they were tiny pills. Otherwise, the 'Ice Breakers' sugar-free mints from that store whose name is similar to 'Mal-Wart' (LOL) seem to work fairly well in a pinch. IMPO The 'Ice Breakers' mints are available at MANY stores, but I usually try to get them at 'Mal-Wart' since they're less expensive at that place. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I don't really get nauseaus to the point that it bothers me (maybe > its > > all those amusement park rides and skydiving lol). > > > > My family is huge on the gravol though...for flights, cruises, and > > flu. Guest guest
I used to suck on organic candied ginger pieces ( they were HOT!) from Whole Foods. The caps were a little rough on my stomach. Whatever works! Steph Subject: Re: Gravol for nausea / JackieTo: Hepatitis_C_Central Date: Monday, June 30, 2008, 6:49 PM I use ginger-capsules and sometimes ginger-extract for the 'usual',..."
