I'm probably a bit too late, cause I've been away from the list for a couple

days, but I've got

another suggestion. It was taught to me by a 9 year old that I used to babysit

(she learned it

from her mom)

Hot lemonade--

cut up lemons into 1/4s. Squeeze as much juice as possible into boiling water,

then add the

rest of the lemon (rinds and all) to the water. boil 10 minutes.

Cool slightly, and add honey.

The honey coats the throat, you get vitamin C from the whole lemons, and it

tastes great.

When I've got a cold I practically live on it.
